Does your beauty brand look like everyone else’s?
Brand identity for beauty brands · Olga
Hundreds of beauty brands compete for a few seconds of attention. A distinctive visual identity makes you recognizable before a single word is read.
I distill grand ideas into simple visuals.
I’m a brand identity designer and a genuine beauty enthusiast: I collect makeup, get passionate about skincare, and take my haircare seriously. I understand what people feel about beauty, and I translate that into memorable identity systems.
Beauty Cubed — A Beauty Practice Festival

About the project
The festival showcases a variety of beauty trends—makeup, hair, and nails. Its aim is to inspire people to be creative every day and to try something new for themselves. The Challenge
One festival, many beauty practices. How can makeup, skin, nails, and everything in between share a single visual language that potential customers would understand?
The Idea
Every practice leaves its own trace. I transformed those traces into metaphors.
The gradient represents blush and contouring in makeup, the small squares represent eyeshadows in the palette, and the rounded shape is reminiscent of the silhouette of fingernails.
The Result
A flexible identity system: poster, entry wristbands, merchandise, and a nine-post social media series.
Handwriting — wedding salon
About the Project
Pocherk (Russian for «handwriting») is a salon and a brand that reflects each bride’s individuality, offering a unique collection of bridal wear. The Challenge
My market research indicated that major bridal chains and salons were closing down, yet brides continued to seek unique ensembles. I needed my design to capture the individuality of the woman.
The Solution
A clean, subtle identity accented with burgundy.
The Result
A full identity package: brand style, tags, covers, brochure, hangers, labels, bags, and a website complete with a catalogue.
Why it matters for beauty: Nobody buys lipstick or a salon visit just for the product. People buy the feeling they have afterward—softer, bolder, more like themselves. A brand’s visual identity is the first thing that promises that feeling, before the product is ever touched. For Pocherk, it was a bride seeing herself as one of a kind. I design that feeling.
