PALKA PALKA typeface

Typeface Development & Zine April 2026 — June 2026

PALKA PALKA originated from the concept of urban growth. Since cities grow upward, they must also expand outward to prevent what we call «muroveyniki» [a localized term for overly monolithic or constrained urban sprawl]; consequently, the logical movement of the letters in a typeface inspired by the city was also upward. For these reasons, PALKA PALKA features reduced horizontal strokes while its vertical strokes have been extended as far as possible.

REOBIRA typeface & OVOKACHO branding

Typography, Typeface Development, Branding & Packaging Design October 2025 — January 2026REOBIRA is a backslanted gothic type, an inspired modular typeface made specifically for heavy bold typography. The typeface was used in the branding of OVOKACHO, a Russia-based music distribution label.

Lettering, Branding & Packaging Design September 2025 — November 2025«ZHYR» is a protein powder made by real athletes for real athletes. Rebranding April 2025 — June 2025

SBA is the largest student basketball organization in Russia. Its primary focus is organizing various leagues for basketball and streetball teams, in addition to supporting local tournaments.

The rebranding initiative aimed to channel the adrenaline and energy of the game. Another key goal was to preserve the heritage of Soviet basketball.
