Daria Fefelova — Mobile UI/UX Designer
I create intuitive and visually engaging mobile interfaces that help people connect, share experiences, and solve everyday problems. My work combines user-centered thinking, clear interaction design, and a visual approach tailored to each product’s audience.

Every mobile product has its own audience, context, and set of challenges. Designing for these differences requires more than applying the same interface patterns.
Through four projects, I explore different aspects of mobile product design: simplifying complex interactions, creating navigation systems, encouraging social engagement, and prioritizing essential features.

PARU
Making skill exchange accessible
People often possess skills they wish to share and areas in which they want to learn. However, finding a suitable exchange partner and organizing the learning process can be challenging.
Paru is a mobile application built around the concept of exchanging knowledge and skills without traditional monetary transactions.
The design challenge was to craft an experience where users could easily discover relevant skills, find compatible partners, and understand how the exchange functions.
The main focus of the project was to make the skill exchange process understandable right from the initial interaction. The experience is structured around several key actions: discovering available skills, exploring user profiles, finding an exchange partner, and managing the learning process. Particular attention was paid to how information is presented and how users navigate between these stages without feeling overwhelmed.
This project demonstrates my ability to organize complex product mechanics into clear and intuitive user flows.
SK8X
For skaters, urban spaces are more than just streets, stairs, and squares—they are potential spots, practice areas, and community gathering points. However, discovering suitable locations, tracking personal progress, and connecting with other skaters all involve different activities. SK8X brings these facets of skateboarding culture into one digital environment.
The goal was to create something that feels genuinely connected to the skateboarding lifestyle, rather than just slapping skate-related visuals onto a conventional application.
Instead of relying on a neutral visual style, SK8X embraces the personality of its audience. Expressive graphics and a distinctive interface language help create a recognizable product identity. At the same time, navigation and information hierarchy remain essential. Users should be able to discover skate spots, explore community features, and track their progress without unnecessary complexity.
The project integrates mobile UX, location-based functionality, and visual communication into one coherent experience.
LIBBADDI
Reading can be a solitary experience, especially when there’s no one to share thoughts, emotions, or discoveries with. Without a sense of connection or shared purpose, even passionate readers can gradually lose motivation.
Finding someone who enjoys similar books is one thing. Finding a person who shares your interests, reading goals, and desire for meaningful conversation is much harder.
Instead of building another platform focused primarily on books, Libbaddi puts people at the center of the experience.
The service connects readers based on their literary tastes, personal interests, and reading goals. By matching users with compatible companions, it creates opportunities for meaningful discussions, mutual encouragement, and shared reading experiences.
The design focuses on making these connections feel natural—transforming an individual hobby into a way to meet like-minded people and maintain motivation.
The result is a concept that extends beyond book discussions, using shared interests to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
