About Me
My name is Turbat Suvd-Erdene. I am a student in the Communication Design program, specializing in motion, at HSE University. I work at the intersection of graphics and movement. I create posters, merchandise, book layouts, and graphic videos. My approach is straightforward: first, I build a static system using grids, typography, and color. Then, I bring it to life through motion. This ensures that the poster, the merchandise, and the video all speak the same visual language. What I Offer
In graphic design, this includes posters and flyers, book and merchandise covers with prints, packaging design, and layout for books and zines. In motion design, I create graphic videos for social media, logo animations, titles, and promotional videos. Here is my process: I receive the brief, propose a visual concept, build the static system, animate it to bring it to life, and deliver the final files along with a comprehensive guide.
Murcashka is a cat cafe. I was responsible for the visual aspects of the project. I designed posters and merchandise and presented the results in three different formats. The posters were presented as a cohesive series. I developed a single visual system encompassing typography, illustration, and color, ensuring the entire set reads as one unified campaign.

Poster Series
This is a series of typographic posters for a bakery called Poison. The name does the heavy lifting, so I built the entire series around the contrast between something sweet and something dangerous.

How Static Becomes Motion
In the Beat project, I first created a static poster. Then, I broke it down into layers and animated them. The typography slides along the grid, the pattern pulses to the rhythm of the sound, and the logo assembles itself from its components. This gives the client a unified visual language that works consistently across a billboard, in social stories, and in a promotional video—eliminating the need to commission a completely new design every time.
Book
This is my author book for kids about a Christmas tree. The story follows three toys that come to life, and they are animated so it feels more fun for young readers. The illustrations are simple and charming, and the text is written to keep kids engaged. I handled the entire process myself—from the initial idea and text to the illustrations and animation.

Title Sequence
For the title sequence, I based it on the darker reading. The contrast between the two is the core idea. The calm, monochrome opening allows the colorful chaos to hit harder, and the viewer experiences the same shift Alice does when she falls into Wonderland.
I constructed the sequence around this transition. Typography, rhythm, and color all shift as the world breaks down, so the titles carry the narrative even before the film begins.
