I have experience designing games both independently and as part of a development team.

Solo Work I take a feature or game concept from initial research and references through to documentation, balance calculations, and playtesting. I structure the design, build progression and economy models, and iterate based on test results and project goals.

Teamwork I collaborate closely with developers, artists, producers, and analysts. I write clear documentation and tasks, support implementation, verify that the final result matches the design, and adjust it based on feedback and metrics. I value clear communication, well-structured documentation, and a predictable production process.

My main focus is systems design and game balance.

In systems design, I work with core and meta loops, progression, rewards, and feature logic to create systems that are intuitive for players and scalable with new content.

In game balance and economy, I build progression curves, economy models, and balance tables, using metrics and playtests to keep the game engaging and fair.

I aim to balance the player experience with the product goals of each project.
