The poster was created for a jazz trio concert featuring Vyacheslav Gayvoronsky, Andrey Razin, and Pyotr Ivshin at KC «Dom» on September 30th of this year. The core concept of the project is to convey the feeling of musical improvisation—one of the foundational principles of jazz.

The poster creation process took place in two stages. First, we listened to excerpts from concerts by Gaivaronsky and Razin and selected photographs from our personal archives. Then, we constructed a grid and printed the photographs on colored paper alongside it.

After this, letters were printed onto self-adhesive paper; a second layer of the poster was then formed using these letters and tape.
In my poster, typography personifies the residents on the balconies and in the windows of an apartment building. We never know what any of them do; we are merely external observers who can only glimpse one fleeting family story. This evokes in the viewer the idea of spontaneity and improvisation.
