ONE MORE SHEEP
One More Sheep is a first-person incremental game set in the Alps. The player collects sheep, upgrades equipment, and uncovers the mysteries of the octopuses threatening the flock. The Alpine world is rendered in stylized 3D graphics: bright green pastures and blue skies create a tranquil atmosphere, while rounded shapes and expressive facial features bring out the character’s personalities.

The goal of the game is to collect as many sheep as possible and uncover the secrets of the octopuses.
Unique Selling Proposition
Sheep physics gathering. Sheep bounce in your hands, fall, collide, and tumble down hills.
Sheep with different behaviors. You have to catch the skittish ones, the heavy ones are harder to carry, and a ram might nudge the player.
Upgrades unlock new ways to collect them.
An incremental game with investigation and an ending. As the player progresses, they discover traces of octopus appearances and uncover what is happening in the mountains.

REFERENCES

Slime Rancher 2 served as the primary reference for the gameplay loop—gathering animals and transporting them to enclosures. For the progression structure and the overall mood of the game, I drew inspiration from A Game About Digging A Hole.
PLAYING CYCLE
The player catches sheep, delivers them to a station, and earns money which they use to upgrade their gear, allowing them to gradually collect more sheep and catch rarer breeds.
ROADMAP
The screenshots were generated using generative AI to demonstrate the game concept. However, the sheep is a real, handcrafted 3D model.
