Today, everyone carries a camera in their pocket—taking a photo on a smartphone takes only a couple of seconds. In the abundance of media content, the value of a single frame is being lost. Increasingly, people are returning to analog photography, where the image can be held in hand and physically «edited.»
This creates a problem: understanding analog shooting is difficult, it’s unclear where and what to buy, and unfamiliar practices can be intimidating.
As a solution, I propose DIY kits for experimenting with photography and development, which include instructions.
POSITIONING
Experimental analog photography is a way of interpreting reality, of capturing existence with your own hands. It is an art form where the outcome is never known in advance.I am convinced that anyone can experiment with creating and printing photographs, and my kits should help in mastering the technique and overcoming difficulties.
