The Blue Dot—our only home

«This blue dot is a challenge to our vanity, to our assumed importance, to the illusion that we occupy some privileged position in the Universe. Our planet is a solitary speck in the vast, encompassing cosmic darkness. We are lost in this enormous void, with no indication that help will come from somewhere or that someone will save us from ourselves.»
These words inspired me and became the foundation for my project’s concept. We—humans—must protect our only home, and we must do so not through fear and prohibitions, but through an appreciation for the beauty and grandeur of the cosmos.
Space reminds us how fragile Earth is, yet we continue to pollute it. However, clothing is rarely a medium for speaking about environmental responsibility.
The core concept of my project is to create accessible garments featuring cosmic symbolism, made from recycled materials. This clothing will reflect the beauty of our universe while simultaneously reminding us of the uniqueness of our shared home and inspiring us to care for it.
My brand will be founded on essential, everyday apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, sweatshirts, caps), crafted from recycled materials (presumably cotton).
Initially, I plan to launch a single apparel line based on a specific theme, such as «Planets of the Solar System.» Subsequently, I will expand the assortment with new collections (e.g., «Orbital Vehicles, ” „Constellations, ” „Nebulae and Galaxies“) as my project develops.
