1) Organize a semi-open living area capable of hosting guests and colleagues, incorporating Mid-Century Modern design elements.
2) Allocate space within the living area or a separate office for viewing and preliminary appraisal of artwork (requiring good natural light, high-quality artificial lighting, and object storage).
3) Create comfortable conditions suitable for both relaxation and work.
